A little about our meats.......    
Our meats do not contain antibiotics or additional hormones.  The animals have pasture but are also fed grain.

What comes with a quarter of Beef?

T-Bones...................3/4"     3-4 steaks                   
Sirloin Tip Roast...........3lbs   1 or 2

​There are many different options and variations that can be done. For example, some customers want stew meat. We can save from your hamburger or take it out of some chuck roasts. Some customers like to have patties made instead of all bulk hamburger. Some customers don't want their ribs or soup bones. The point is, we can cut it to whatever combination preference you desire

Choose from Brats, Breakfast Links, Liver Sausage, Bulk Brat or any other flavor brats you may prefer. There are other options as well so if there is something you don't like or something we may not have listed, feel free to give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

LAMB Cuts:
Lambs generally have about a 50% yield for the carcass weight and then about a 75% yield of meat from that carcass or about 34 pounds of meat from a whole 90 pound lamb.

    • 2 Leg Roasts – bone in
    • 2 Shanks – bone in
    • 1 pkg Ground Lamb
    • 1 pkg Spareribs
    • 1 small pkg Neck slices – bone in
    • 1 small bag Bones
    • You also have the option of organs (heart, liver, kidney)
